master cyl., anyone replace this unit with the ABS . i'm having problems with rear brakes locking up, new shoes, wheel cylinders , springs, parking brake cable looks fine. had deactivate self adjusters too. help
Usually rear brakes lock up from worn or sticking hardware. You may want to buy rebuild kits and replace the springs and adjusters. Then readjust them and see how it goes. You should not loosen the adjuster as that will cause the rear brakes not to work correctly or not at all.
