So I was adding a quart of rp hmx and realized my cap isn't right. I am able to pull up on it and it pops off where as I am supposed to screw it in. The oil cap doesn't go on a certain way does it? Because I am almost positive just by barely asserting strength & pulling up that it's not supposed to just come off without being unscrewed.


Am I doing something wrong here or is it the oil cap? Would a defective oil cap on the eco somehow cause a vac leak?
