Temptation..... what a horrible thing!!!
So here I am, driving my GTO daily for the summer, doing my best to mod it (ever so slowly, and way to much on appearance mods!!!), and I end up on here thinking about good old J-bodies again!
I still have my '01 Z24 beater/winter car..... but tempted to sell it, to buy ANOTHER J-body as a toy/daily driver. I've always wanted a Vert.

Come on Vince! A '88 GT!!! Black, 5 speed..... do a 3400ohv swap and turbo it! Would make for a crappy winter car, but would be fun as hell!!!

I had a 97 Cavalier LS vert before. I really liked it. It was red with white top and white seats. I thought it would be cool to buy a 97-98 vert and put the front clip and tail light assembly from a 04-05 coupe on it. It really wouldnt be hard to change.

idk i just cant see you in a fiero... the lines dont fit you at all. i could see you in an rx7, or a miata before those. i think you + miata would be tits.

Im torn on this one, I like Fieros, but I hear they are money pits.
Fierro+cavalier eco drivetrain turbo=12s LSJ or LNF 12s and you smiling for all the stock reliability.plus their torque as hell.
Eco = not EVER in one of my cars. I'd build a LD9 before EVER thinking about a Eco.

and after all i have in mine, ill say eco wont be worth it. and from what i read and talk to others, neither would an LD9... although it would be scary if you or fetter had touched eco's...
now give you a b18, or k20, or rb 26 then im intrigued as to what you could do with it!
But see.... Fetter and I were both smart enough NOT to touch Eco's......

i see you both having 500+ hp eco's easily with what you did with an LD9.
but i can see you with a 750hp import even easier...
maybe I should just stop dicking around with these 4cylinder cars, and build a 800hp LS1 already..... lol
