well ladies, gentalmen.....and phil
. warm weahter is just around the corner. we are starting to see the dissolving of clothing layers and with winter slowly dying away, it comes time to take the money you saved over the winter, and get ready to piss it all away. it was a long cold winter, but I had a few things to keep me going during the cav less days. For me the thing that kept me warm emtoinaly and physically, was the thought of what my car will achive during the warmer months. all I had to do is let my mind drift to the thought of showing up in the city with my car finished, gleaming under the smoggy philly air and street lights, and watching the looks on the peoples faces as my blow off valve releases at 25lbs. geting to finally enjoy a physical realazation of what used to be only in my head.
so as the time draws closer and closer, Im not only interested in what I will achive for the summer, but what others are thinking about when the mind has had to much and needs to be reverted to better thouhgts.
just for the hell of it, ill throw up mine
Im hoping for a few firsts in the turbo jbody community (products of minion)
at least 350 WHP
second auto eco in the 12's (damn you acer)
a compleated interior complementiong the overall point of the car it self (IE a performance inspired guts with a few "creature" comforts)
and the ever elusive feeling of compleation.

Im a level 32 joedm newb flamer.
id have a goal but were supposed to get 8" of snow and rain mix tonight and then 51 degrees on wed. but id say me buying my tires next week, getting my lambos on if that lazy piece of garbage ever gets them off his car

Oh yeah and im looking to hit 10's this year since i FINALLY won this auction. it went back and forth forever but i finally got it. BOOST here i come

My goals for this year are some Z wheels, Lambo's, and to try and keep my car outta the body shop. also my main goal is to Graduat from wyotech next summer. i start July 1st

My goals are intake, redo the exhaust, work on some suspension, and some tint. not to much. I set my goals low so I might actually achieve them this year!

Clean the hell out of my vehicles. Like I do not do that already.

Finish my NA engine build, and / or "Maybe add supercharger or Nitrous"
Find or rebuilt a transmission and install my Yank converter and team grean LSD.
Rear sway bar.
New rear strut mounts, and one new front mount.
Remount my racing seats further back.
HHR:
Air ride or lowing springs with adjustable struts
Tint front three windows
Put system from cavalier into HHR...System sitting in garage.
Add hitch and wiring to HHR.
Moto 4 ATV:
Carb rebuilt... again
New front and rear brake...have the parts.
ATV trailer:
Re-register it, and repaint it.
Maybe some new rubber.
E-maxx:
Rebuilt transmission
New motors again

- Get my headlights working again (low beams quit, switch or wiring bad)
- See if I can get my wipers to "auto park" again
- Second attempt at a
DIY window tint job, 35% up front and 20% in rear.
- Weld together some brackets and install my
Yonaka Samurai seats.
- Look into adding some black and red elements to my interior by painting/dying the dash, etc.
- Plug nail puncture in my front-left tire, balance 18" MR7s, and reinstall for the summer
- Install the Sportlines I have waiting, order some D-Specs to go with them.
- Install new drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads from
CQuence Motorsports.
- Touch up some areas where my side trim piece didn't come off cleanly, leaving some missing paint and clearcoat

i'd like to break into the 13s at the track this year, but i don't think i'll be able to with my current setup. we'll find out saturday. i might just have to swap to a smaller pulley and turn up the boost

my goals this year are as follows
1 - do my custom sunfire headlights (in progress)
2 - buy, paint and install Commando spoiler (waiting for about $700 extra cash, come on OT)
3 - fix my drivers side skirt (have the stuff needed, just too damn cold)
4 - get my driving lights hooked up (see #3)
5 - find out what that damn noise is in the engine bay
6 - get my windows tinted 50% ( a little more cash, probably come first b4 the spoiler)
7 - divorce the wife if she soon doesn't get her sh** straight (no, I'm not kidding)
8 - maybe get wider tires, or 17" wheels/tires (last item)
uhm... were getting a blizzard right now. lol, but thats not going to stop me from working on my car.

clean up all wiring on the front of the engine

junk the damn thing, good part of that is ill get like 100-200 back instead of spending anything.
