Homemade Projectors?

I can't find the thread I'm looking for. Someone built some on their 03-05 Sunfire. I remember seeing it this summer and I want to try it but idk how to go about it.

Any want to give me a how-to or point me in the proper direction?

use a sheet of 1/8 in xl10 lexan and a heat gun on low settings. use the original lense to make a mold of both sides, then use both sides you made to make your lense by using another piece of xl10 heating the whole sheet while flat then press between the two molds you made

havent had time to make a bezel yet, but will be soon, u can use what ever that can fit between the headlight and the raidator support

I saw some Acura ones and they were referred to as "low beam projectors." I didn't want to get a set and be stuck with lows only. So the ones you have will work with a bi-xenon kit?
