My headlights are a mess and I cant get them straight.
I had a 98 Z and wired in the 2000 headlights, I only have brights for some reason and my turn signals flash really fast and the indicators on my dash come on whenever I have the lights on. I left the 98 blinker corner lights because I never found a write up on swapping them in, any info would be great.
Do daytime running lights have something to do with this?
I cant fix this and really would appreciate help.

we had all kinds of issues with the orange J. pretty much every other week. i ended up re-wiring them about 10 times. did you strait wire or use the relays?
Stephen (Mantz) had what sounds like the same issue not too long ago. He had a bad ground connection where he connected the wires together. They got wet and corroded or something of that matter... This is how many of us have done this conversion...
Then we cut the light blue wire, Pin # B8 on your gauge cluster. You loose your DRL's but mine have functioned perfectly after that. I kept blowing fuses, then figured out it was when the DRL's came on the issue was occuring. I have passed NYS inspection w/o them. So no worries.

Answer me this chris, did you by ANY chance replace the headlight harness with a sunfire one? or maybe just replaced the harness with another cavalier one cuz you bought a spare one to splice in?
Hey Chris, what are you doing this Sunday? I've also had a @!#$load of problems with my headlights on my '96. Maybe we can get together and try to work on em together?
