Okey, i kno ppl have been putting "L" Brackets on the rear drift kit, because of the sag, so where are you putting the L brackets at? I'd assume you take off the crush panel somehow, and then there should be a metal spot somewhere to put the "L" bracket?
actually without the crush panel your options are almost limitless.
Just pick two points that are equal in distance.
I actually just used an aluminum angle from Home Depot. with two l brakets. Gave me a flat surface for the bumer to rest.
Say it with me, "Its not what you know...It's what you can prove"
I welded 6 'L' Brackets 5/16" off the trunk lip. Once the bumper goes over it will close up the gap between 3/16" to 1/8".
I also filled in the rest with insulation foam. Sanded down and it looks pretty professional. A thin layer of bondo to blend everything in.
do it like this, only turn your L brackets upside down from the pics....that way you cant see them

...dont do it like the last picture (where the brackets are still visable..blah rice) but instead flip the bracket and mount lower so that the bumper sits over the whole bracket keeping them completly hidden... if that makes any sense
