ITSAYS IT GIVES YOU 2.2PSI BOOST AND ONLY USES 2 AMPS.IT IS SUPPOSE TO GIVE UP TO 35 HP.I JUST WANNA KNOW DO THEY WORK 4 REAL. R THEY SOMETHING GOOD TO USE BEFORE U AT REAL BOOST. Wow, it didnt really sound like he was being that big of an a-hole to me. If the so called turbo/supercharger is only 80 bucks, and Kardain was willing to front the dyno costs, depending on how much it is to dyno around his area, he would be spending about the same if not more than you. But the fact that they cant even decide what it is, aka turbo/supercharger should throw a red flag. Ive seen those before, how can it be a supercharger if its not belt driven, and how can it be a supercharger when there is no actual supercharger or piping or anything that comes with it. Bottom line, just another ebay seller claiming mondo horsepower for those who dont want to spend the money. Theres no such thing as cheap horsepower.

ok @!#$ how is kardain being an @!#$? all he was trying to do is give you final proof that an electric "turbo" is as worthless as tits on a bull, as if the links aren't good enough proof. its as simple as this......HP is not cheap and electric turbos are junk. im about to graduate college for avionics and electronics. I know AC and DC motors like I know my own penis, and there is no way a car with a mostly normal electrical system can make any power by using an electric motor for horsepower

but if you run ITBs with 4 electric blowers thats 140 hp
They don't work... For one its more than just "blowing air" into the intake that gives you HP... its compression. None of those things offer enough power to make a difference... well acctually they do make some what of difference. That is negatively. One thing you gotta think about is they block a lot of the air going into the intake and can cause a restriction, so you may even loose HP by doing so. I say avoid them like the black plague.
There is acctually one real electric supercharger out there, but it costs quite a bit more. You also need a lot of battery power to run it, and it works like nitrious... you push a button and it blast air into the intake, giving you an instant boost. I can't think who makes it.

Sounds to me like its one of those stupidass tips that make your car sound turbo charged & fast,but they do nothing more than restrict exhaust flow.
+they sound like @!#$.not even a B-series man would waste his money on that.
2.2 lbs of boost isn't even worth the effort.
and "up to" 35 hp can mean a lot... for example, a simple intake can give you "up to" 1000 hp, but in reality it only gives you like 3 tops.
they are junk, it has been proven. end of story. there is no "half and half" on them, we all know they are worthless. do you want me to continue saying how crappy they are? i can go on all day saying that they should not be put anywhere near your engine, and that your brother should save his money. but i won't.
I love these electric super/turbo chargers. They're really great. They make your car fast, and when you're all done, you can even blow leafs off your driveway with it!!!!
Also, I heard that if you hook it up correctly with a big APC sticker on your windshield, you get another 10hp!!!
The funny thing is that it actually is possible to get up to 20hp from a leaf blower, but who would have one sticking out of the hood...my suggestion would be to find some way to connect a dremel to a centrifugal blower (though the dremel probably doesn't have enough power to drive it), its worth a try if your going that cheap.

that reminds me of the crx of death with the turbo sitting above to roof!
The only good thing they have ever been shown to do is for people needing to "mix" air after introducing another substance tot he equation. Something like water or alcohol injection/certain nitrous systems. And even then a quaility system installed right would be a better solution to the the system.
As was stated above, they only move air (often time more air than a true turbo/supercharger. However moving air is not going to generate HP. Compression
:air volume generate power. The electric superchargers only move air. your car may breath better in the very low RPM range, but will suffer in mid-high RPM's.
My personal HP equation/cost ratio I use when buying any parts is
$100=10hp.
You can turbo most any car on the cheap for $500 for a fast 50hp.
If you spend $80 on a bilge blower for your car (yes that is the real product that you can buy at a marina in your area for $15-25), and only get 3 HP....your a god damn fool.
