Here my try at control arm bushing install
56k good luck
evrey one know how to remove the control arm so i wont comment the pic
here where the fun begin !
before i want to say its maybe the easyest install i do to my car
i take 10mm bolt and nut at the other end i put 1'' box
put the whole piece in the blue thing ( i dont know what is called in english )
and begin to press the oem bushing out (extra hands is usefull)
the bushing will slide out really easy
oem bushing still in brand new condition !
now for the big one you havent the choice to destroy it
take a breaker bar + knife pry the bushing and cut around the metal sleeve (both side)
after using the knife take the breaker bar and pry out the bushing
dont try to burn them take too much time and u need to repaint the control arm
now you need to remove the metal donut
take a metal saw to cut a path into the metal ring ( be carefull to not damage the control arm)
take hammer and a punch to push out the metal ring
now ready to put poly bushing !
the small one are really easy you can slide in by hands (dont forget to grease the inside)
also grease the big one and inside of the control arm
put it on the under side of the control arm
again extra hands is usefull
half way now you need someting to push on the control arm to lets the bushing slide out
time to put the metal sleeve in (last piece)

My control arm bushings have been sitting in my garage a while now, kidna gives me confidence to do the install. I just need to get a Vice, or blue thing as you would call it.

Sweet man, I jus did that install on my car two weeks ago, wasn't as hard as I'd thought, though I had my bushings actually pressed by a mechanic. Wish I'd gotten the urethane ones though, ahh well. Nice pics
