The Good the Bad & The Ugly The Story of my Car
Monday, January 11, 2010 11:04 PM
To start off I'm skipping over the first 2 and some change years. I had some computer issues and lost tons of pics. I know some people have some I know Ryan and Vince do for sure (If you have any good ones let me know I'd like to repalce what I lost) and feel free to put anyones up there. I know Ryan has one of my infamous deer print dent in the side of my car lol. Anyways I was looking through some old stuff and thought I'd share a little bit of my past with my 03.

The Ugly Blue engine bay Why? who knows.

The ugly door panels

One of many old Trunk setups in the early stage

Blue underbody neons

The old tails actually could have been cool if it was an exact paint match

The full LED interior which still exsists but much more show worthy. I don't think I've seen them on in about 2 1/2 years now

I think this car show was Import Fighters or something like that at Route 66. I was about 4 cars away from Bob Mull back when his cav was Black

The Igloo or Cat house trunk set up. Mainly my first real learning experience with fiberglass

HIN Chicago and the infamous smoke machine. The Fire Marshals visted me 3 times that show, I only saw one other smoke machine going on in that entire show and by the time I left there was a decent haze through out the right half of McCormick Place. Same show where Derek Fetter's Sunfire was. STILL A BUCH OF BS HE DIDN'T PLACE IMO!!! Sick car.

Later the same summer

Somewhere in here I took a trip to cabo and this pic was mixed in and I thought it was cool

Redid the N2O Switches

Ludington MI one of the greatest places on the face of the Earth

The begining of Trunk/rear seat #4 or 5 I think

Sill one of my favorite pics of all time too bad it was with the old bumper

Early New door panels still in the rough stage

My Ghetto photoshop of an idea I wanted to go with until Ryan aka Darkstars sold me the tuner bumper

The good old billet grill, I still think that looked good with my hood.

My beautiful ass

A random Downtown drive around turned into a photoshoot as well as seeing a homless man with his pants around his ankles, I still think I'm scared from that.

Finished the rear seat/ trunk deal and now have on Ryans front bumper

Another all time favorite pic

Kind of somewhat sort of up to date interior

At this time fron bumper got jacked up from a guy that ran into me with no insurance. This is the rebuild after.

got the front piece molded in

No more old taillights even though they were gone for a while at this point. Actually these are Ken 2.2's tail lights, haven't seen him around in for ever

And now

Thanks I was looking for those pics but the left with my f'd up files. I would love to get some pics of our cars together. That would be sick with 2 of these kits together, come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen it. Many good times came along with this car as well as good people I want to do some more of this @!#$ again.

I like that picture. What are you lowered on? I noticed it looks like the back is lower then the rear.. its how mine sits too and i want to hike the ass up a bit though.
looking good though. My favorite part is the molded grille piece. wish i would of put the xtreme kit on.

Thanks everyone,

Vince sent.

Ryan if you could that would be kick ass

Manta I'm still on sprints. My rear always was a little lower but I do have a lot of weight back their now. Lot of MDF board, f/g box speakers etc. I know when I started working on the rear seat delete it looked weird cause the car sat higher in the back when I had nothing in there.

interesting. I'm on Sprints as well but only have a small 10" in the back. oh well. I'll get a new setup one of these years.

I knew I've seen that car before in person . You should come to the Dells again this year! So should Vince.. . And anyone else close haha.

You have a very nice cav! It looked good with and without the extreme tuner kit.
