Ya it was fun.... but a lot of driving.... (about 2300 miles) and ya... the GPS is mine.... I brought it along...
Been awhile since I've drivin a 2nd gen... (93 Sunbird LE 3.1V6 with auto tranny btw)
PLus I always wanted to go down there.
i def like the pics. looks like some nice places to see and visit.
Every time anyone tells me they're taking some kind of a car trip to the south I immediately get reminded of the episode of Top Gear...
Looks like you had a good time and saw some neat things. Also, the pictures look great.
Thanks..... Im usually really picky about the pictures I take...... the crappy ones where quick point and clicks...
IDK about the Episode od Top Gear your talking about because I dont have TV but I know the show and think it's pretty good.
The only bad part was all the damn rain..... but at least we missed the 2 sets of tornado's that came through (barely).... there was prob something about it on the news.
For souvenirs... I got a confederate (rebel) flag.... and a rock I picked up off the side of the road LOL.
The rocks on my desk.... and the flags on the wall.
Nimrod-army....
WOW this explains so much to me.
