how much power are you puttin down now? i cant remember if you'd hit the dyno yet? why not bring the ecu inside the car, that would clean it up a tad..
i see no visible difference at all

NICE improvement.
Riddle me this... riddle me that...
hit your engine bay with something called s100, its a motorbike degreaser/cleaner let it soak for like 5 mins and hit it with the hose and it will look brand new
looks good though
Hmm... Now you just need to discover wire loom.
Wish I had a turbo car running....

trust me i almost hid it while he was livin w/ me. it's a mess under that ecu so it hides a lot. bay is lookin a lot better. need some degreaser on a few other parts tho to clean those off.

You discovered touch-up paint too
Looking better.
Yeah you need some wire loom and I agree with the post above that a radiator cover would look good in there also.

The only things under the hood that are polished...manifold, stb, and wg.
Yeah I know there's still quite a mess, but at least I took some time to make an attempt at cleaning things up, just gave up when the power went out here for like 4 hours today. I'm thinking if that hadn't happened all that wire loom that I bought might have been put to use
.
Maybe someday I'll get the urge and finish it up.
ECU...stayin under the hood aside from the popular vote.
Rad cover...long gone and can't find it. Might be in the attic w/ the rest of the spare parts.
As for power...not sure. Blew up the turbo that I've had FOREVER about a month ago and stepped up to a 60 trim, so hopefully I'll get to the dyno sometime in June, I believe there's a dyno day up in Milwaukee that I'm going to try and make. I know 2 things, 1.) It's faster than it used to be. 2.) It's a whole lot more fun than it used to be. If it's only making 300 oh well, if it's more great if less, which is doubtful, just as well, it's still fun for me and I love it.
Touch up paint comments...I was wondering if you guys would notice lol.
Thanks guys and as always comments are appreciated.

Looking really good. Leave me alone with the car for an hour at the bash, the engine bay will look nice and organized
looks like you need to discover a lot more
Im still trying to find the difference, not being negative, i just dont see any difference

You think you can do it in an hour, you're welcome to take on the challenge. I should be at the bash this year...
And I'm not sure on the plcae all I know is Curt told me it was June 14th, as long as I've got an income by then I will be there.

If you had really taken notice to how nasty the intake mani and stb were before, you would see the difference. I don't think the stb has seen polish since I've had it on there...that's 4 years now, as for the intake mani, I've polished it once or twice, but not like I did this time, I'm going to go at it some more maybe today or tomorrow, try and clean the rats nest and some of the grit and grime outta the bay a lil more.

Not even worth posting pics...
Unless you found a rad cover to put back on, then you'd have an improvement.
i have to say. turbo or not. thats the most disorganized engine bay on the planet. and you may have discovered touch up paint. but you sure as hell havent discovered the proper prepping technique. that hood latch probably looked better before paint.

You don't hear that everyday. I wish I could "only" have 300whp
