well i got eibach sportlines on the way, im probably gonna paint my wheels either gunmetal or black havent decided. I want to do a 00-02 front end swap, and i will take the side moldings off eventually i just wanna know if its painted under them cause since its a base model my buddy said it might not have paint under them

base model or not i'm pretty sure it's painted under it ! they are only glued on with double side tape !
i thought they were painted but i just wanted to make sure cause if my buddy was right i was going to be pissed but those pics are when i first got it the badges are off now and the pin stripes are gone and the sides are coming off tomorrow

They are painted, but you will need to clean the area and wax them to make it look more even or not so noticable.
I would give him credit, at least he started with the most improving mod to do on a j-body... lower it!
yea i was the one who told him to lower it first to, he was wanting HIDs first,
i am giving him every bit of credit tho, cause most of u guys dont know this but the kid is only 15,
so for being 15 he knows some stuff, and most of it is from being around me and my 4 jbodys of the last couple years
