Well like I promised I snapped some pics tonight.
I'm just going to toss up one picture, I think everyone already knows what this car looks like without paint
I'm going to keep going at the car tomorrow and hopefully get the car back in primer sooner than later
.
Sadly though, my driver side motor for the windows has finally crapped out on me. I can't lower the window to take off the trimming right now. I might end up hitting the junkers in the morning to find another motor.
I'll get some pics yet again tomorrow as the car gets ready for primer yet again.
sucks its back to no paint, but it's for the greater good.
It'll all be worth it in the end. Good luck.
lookin good vince.. hopefully, like you said, you'll have it back in primer sooner than later
Thanks
Shaun

Well I wanted the car in primer for the weekend and that is exactly what I got done
As you can see, I used a different primer this time around. It is much better than the one I used before.
I snapped some pics of the car right now before I started to block the car down. I will start blocking in a little while today and hopefully by mid week next week I can start the painting process over again.
Here are some pics. Looks like this will be paint job #2 withing the past 2 months! :O
I'll get some shots once the blocking is completed. All in all, this time round I'm much more impressed and happier with the outcome thus far.
looks good man, look forward to seeing the new paint.

yep..let it BAKE!!
I kinda like it on color though? it shows the widebody to be more smooth then when you do the widebody a whole different color
very nice will be checking this when i get back from bootcamp
glad to see you're back in primer vince. looking good. keep on pluggin away. and i agree with z2flip4-let her bake in the sun for a little while before you basecoat it.
best of luck this time around.
i seriously envy your talent. i know youve heard it so much.
definitely wanna see it all done up again...and finished this time
ALL ONE COLOR THIS TIME!!!
Hey Big Poppa, I have a question for you... How do you keep your PS2 cool when its in the dash like that? I'm currently practicing working with Carbon Fiber, and I wrapped my center console with a flush wounted iPod tray in it and am now working on a design for a glove box mounted PS2, I'v had it in there a while, but really want the PS2 face to be flush with the glove box, just wanna be sure it stays cool and it looked like you had the front vents covered, does it still keep cool?

could always just pop a decent sized hole near the back top of your glove box for the heat to escape.
vince i agree with flip. let it sit out in the sun and bake for awhile to make sure its not going to happen again.
