If you would fill out your profile with your car info, I could better help you but...
The seatbelt bols come out with a torx bit. Either a T45 or a T50, i've seen both but use a T45, it's prolly what urs is.
You have to take that out at the top and the one at the bottom near your seat which are also T45. You also need to remove the coat hanger things. Those are either a giant pin u have to pull out, or just a phillips head. Then you just pull on the panels. There are clips that hold it on. If you take out your bottom seat it makes it easier and you'll have to play with the angle of the top of the seat to get the room to pull it out.
To get the bottom of the seat out, take a flashlight and a flathead screwdriver. If you look, there is a place in the seat that sorta goes up a little bit on both halves of the seat. If you use the flashlight, you should be able to see a clip in there. If you mess around with it enough, there is a place exactly for the screwdriver to fir into and then just push and the clip will come undone. Do it to both sides and then u can take out the seat.
I think thats all. If u need more help, post here or email / IM me. My info is in my profile.

If your going that far to paint the side pannels.........this would be an ideal time to dye the headliner black...........just some food for thought. I did mine when i dynomatter my whole car recently and pulled the headliner out.
