If you touch the headliner or if it gets brittle after time isn't the stuff you spray on prone to flaking off in small specs? Does it get brittle to touch after the paint hardens and if you rub it does it come off?

ill add a couple things from when i did mine, first, for the visors, i sprayed them aswell, including the brackets, been done for 8-9 months and they still look great. As for the push pins, i just replaced the stock ones with black ones, cost like 2 bux at napa, found that easier and looks better imo. Mine had 5 of them btw, the 3 you mentioned and one over each door.

It's dye so it wont flake off. I rubbed mine and it didn't come off. It does get a little "crusty" after it dries but i personally think it looks like velvet.

I'll definitely be doing this. All black headlight with all the accents in red, like the sunroof liner, sunroof handle thing, possibly the visors or maybe just their posts...can't wait.

It's holding up fine. I get lots of people noticing that its a black headliner.
I also get a lot of people saying that it feels wierd but IMO it looks almost suede like. When I go to completely install my new interior I might pop it out and go over it again just to refresh it.

From my experience, the visors are hard to dye, just to let you know. I'm prolly gonna end up fiberglassing um or recovering them.
