Bulbs in your cluster are #194.
Search around this forum a bit, steveo has asked multiple questions regarding the HVAC bulbs and how to get #74 bulbs or LEDs back there.

Again? Sorry, I was right the first time. Wrong, sure. But not again.
In any case they may as well be LEDs. They're soldered to the circuit board and most people on this board wouldn't bother messing around with something "that difficult" anyway.
were did you buy the leds awnsome job and is that perfect fit on the existing 12v bulb?
i've changed my cluster lamps to red...
Ryan1
i bought them
right here.
two bux plus 1.80 to ship. shipped overseas, took about a week and a half to get em. ive bought quite a few bulbs from this guy before. very satisfied.
theres only two bulbs behind the hvac on an '04 cavy. as far as the cluster goes on an '04, there ARE regular incadesant bulbs behind there, i THINK they are the 74 type but not sure, and i dont know how many there are.
I read through as many of the HVAC threads as I could find, Ive seen a few things about on some models the bulbs are soldered in, Can anyone give me the info on how to change them on an 03 sunfire, or even just post the link to a thread if I missed it.
did that require soddering or do they just plug in?
just pull the old bulb out, and put the led in. plug and play.

Is it just the bulb? I took mine dash apart and the bulbs were perminently attached to the wire I thought. The 2 or3 bulbs right?
Ryan1, how exactly did u go about changing ur cluster lights? once u take off the needles arent the gauges useless? if urs still work, please give info on how u did it.
this is my sig
I have a 2004. On THAT year model, theres TWO 74 bulbs behind the cluster. Theyre just bulbs, they are NOT wired in.
It MAY be different for other models of cavaliers.
