Hey all.
I paid some shop to install the Tenzos i got, they did a terrible job. Not to mention that the universal sliders are JOKE.
So, i ventured into do it myself.
I fabricated a bracket to use the stock setup on my aftermarket seats. It works beautifully..! The seats feel more ergonomically right when sitting down and all.
Stock seats.
Tenzos
Took the stock bracket/sliders and made a template:
Adapters made from steel 1/8" thick.
I'll get more pics of the set up, i have to take it apart for powder coating and reinstall.

those look like they are going to be sitting pretty high. mine bolted right up to the sparco sliders and they sit pretty low.
I loved my Tenzo's on stock brackets.
Using the stock brackets make them sit up to high. There was a really nice write up posted on here a few years ago that i used for mine. It just involved some square steel tubing and a little fabricating. Worked fantastic
I disagree as I think Anthony would too.
Actually they are not high at all. Using the stock brackets it feels ergonomically right. Besides the OEM brackets and sliders are of way better quality that any universal crap out there.
I measured the Tenzos and they are just 2 inches higher than stock.
Very happy with the way they turned out. It has that "stock" feel.

In summer of '08 I was toying around with how I wanted to mount my next set of seats and didn't come up with any easy way. Stock brackets
did make the seats feel too high in my opinion. Unfortunately I didn't have a set of universal sliders to play with, so ordering some is probably gonna be my next step.
Some of us don't have 2 inches of headroom to spare.
I also went by the right up on here to mount my seats. I also made mine so the seat could go back further.
hehe....my seats sit about an inch off the floor.....theyre LOW
"Hondas are like tampons, every pussy has one!!!"
i dont ride with seats im getto like that :p
the sparco sliders are real nice sliders. they came mounted to the tenzo's when i bought them. i really love how low they sit. any higher and my head with helmet on would not fit.
Just got done mounting my sparcos. Used stock brackets and sliders. Took a inch and a half out of the risers and had to use 2 pass side brackets to do it. Had to take the rising blocks out too as I am 6 foot 2. Adapted sparcos and stock mounting with 16ga steel and painted everything black looks good!
