I've been watching this post but it seems that it has already been forgotten
i thought this might be the answer to my friend , who has an srt4. that i want to destroy I want boost so bad , but i don't wanna blow my engine with a turbo. His hitting almost 22psi.
Someone please contact these people to post some pics.
This looked promising, i hope there's still interest in this sc.
I know i am...anybody else??

As things where slow for a bit because my customer ordered a C-1 head unit now he sent that back and ordered a C-2 and now that we got that back and this weekend we cut the bracket design out and intercooler will be going on tomorrow or following day and going to try to get it on the dyno this weekend but more pics will be coming very shortly! here is the history of this install progress until this weekend...

6-19-05..customer just got in the blower and returned it the next day..uugghhh

7-10-05..Blower came in and started on bracket and pics of procharger intercooler..and my buddy Jason.

Like i said customers 3 core intercooler will be in tomorrow so that should go on then and probably install the Digital Fuel Management Unit on Thursday or Friday..and Dyno and Vids on Saturday...that hardest part is done so it should be down hill from here!

Yep i think i might of talked with you via email i have a sunfire in the shop i need to get to and check everything over and make changes in the piping but i will keep you posted!
i think the procharger hands down is the better way to go when it comes to boosting? but that is my opinion?

lol Actually it is really easy! the easiest part of the whole system! but i will get more for you here in a couple of days!

LOL well last night i decided i would throw on the belt and start the car..even though i dont have the piping or intercooler or EFMU hooked up and my lighting sucks because the bulbs where not hot yet...but i took a vid if anybody is interested in seeing it...

Very short vid...caution 14.8mb in size!

But it gets the point across!

Can't bring up the video for some reason, is anybody having problems checking out the video.

Got about $2,000 so far for the C-2 kit on my Eco, need to bring some of that Colorado charge to my West Texas heat.

You have to right click and save it , then open file

I have a question in regards to my eco sunfire, looking at it last night wouldn't the coolant reservour and a/c line have to be moved to allow space for the pro-charger?

Even if ya'll are just running into problems ( which is basically standard procedure in developing a quality system ) and don't want to release anything until all the bugs are worked out, let us know, maybe one of us can help some way.

this procharger system is looking really tempting. looks like you might have found another customer with a 03 ecotec cavi. but a good point was brought up, won't the coolant reservoir and a/c line have to be relocated? and some more pics with more lighting would be nice.
