The gasket that came with the supercharger kit is a Cobalt ss/sc stock intake gasket. OEM can make the spacers with and with out the egr cutout to fit both the 2.0 LSJ and 2.2 L61.
Save your money. It might be worth something someday.

If I can recall (and I'm not 100% correct on this my memory is blurry), our kits came with a paper template to use showing where to cut for the PCV revision. It was an exact sized copy of the gasket I believe. I will look when I get home to see if i can find mine.

Sorry I have not had time to test the head spacer yet, but I hopefully should soon. I've been working on my dakota engine build, and helped turbo my old cavi, and installed a new header on my silver m62 cavi....and have to drop it off at Atomic motorsports this weekend for the rest of my stainless exhaust....maybe in a week or two after this one...I never have enough tim e to do everything.
Just letting people know i'm going to test zzp's manifols spacer this Saturday with the help of rare5spd again....so I'll be making a new post again.
Well, we didn't finish install of the zzp spacer. The issue's we had was the bolts in the gm charger kit are not long enough to allow the extra 8mm needed for the thickness of the spacer and the included gaskets. Another thing is the bolts in the gm kit are 6mm on one end and bigger on the end that goes through the blower flange so you can't get the right bolts from a hardware store. We found 6mm bolts for the head but a spacer would need to be made to keep the intake trac ports on the manifold centered with the ones on the cylinder head. I'm going to try some ideas for the bolt situations and will post up when I figure something out.
oh and I forgot to mention the bolts for the spacer from zzp are too big to work with the L61 head, so they are useless on a L61 without and LSJ head.
the stock bolts are crap i had them brake on the install , i ended up drill and tapping the head and using the hardware for the LSJ
if you drill and tap the head bolt holes you can use the ZZp spacer and bolts
I already got a solution, I was going through the mcmaster catolog with the g/f's dad and found some shoulder bolts that will work.
Oh man, this thing works wonders. It feels like its always ready for boost. We are located in Fl so it gets 90+ all the time here and keeping the blower separated as far as heat is concerned is a must. Gotta say, A+ to the OEM team, lol

Preston, I was running both zzp spacer and the oem spacer. One went between the lower intake manifold and the cylinder head and the other between the blower and the lower intake manifold.
Jucnbst....do you have the shoulder bolts part numbers and where you purchased them? i need to order a set because i plan on buying both spacers from Mark here very shortly.

McMcaster-Carr and Fastenal both carry shoulder bolts (I bought mine from Fastenal). I used two bolts with a 60mm shoulder and five with a 10mm shoulder WITHOUT spacer, and I believe the spacer with gaskets is about 8mm, so you'd be looking at 68mm and 18mm bolts respectively.
I'd suggest just tapping the head for m8 bolts (or studs)...shoulder bolts don't have very long threads and i feel as you move the manifold further back, you're now hanging the weight further back, putting more stress on the bolts. Maybe I just never found them, but I never saw a shoulder bolt with long enough threads to reach all the way into the threads of the head. I feel more secure being able to threads all the way in.
