Hid conversion kit help

i recently got an hid conversion kit and i am unsure how to hook it up the instructions are not very clear and the wiring diagram isn't very helpful i got a meccatune red sun kit i don't have pictures right now but i could get them tomorrow any suggestions would be great....and again sorry this doesn't say much w/o pictures, i was hoping someone was familiar with this kit

well heres the pictures tell me if you see any problems or have any suggestions if you need any better pictures let me know and thanks in advance for your help...it is greatly appreciated



Yea so the two above are what i thought the complete kit assembled should look like
and th plug the thing into the where the bulb plugs into, which runs into the ballast and back to the hid bulb....

that looks like the cheapest HID kit ive ever seen! but i will help you...

looks like you had it right, that blue plug goes to where your stock plug is...plug that in...an that should be it, but it may or may not work sometimes you gotta wire up a relay setup...

you can get a prewired harness that uses relays to control the headlights on xenondepot.com if that would be easier for you

it costs less then 10 bux to make the harness yourself...

alright the problem was the relay now everything turns on....the problem is when the lights are switched off their is power to both sides of the headlight connector and when on their is power to only one side....for some reason when the lights are off the hid light is on....any suggestions

J's run on reverse polarity on the headlight switch so its gettin 12v all the time...when ground is applied the switch is on, so if its gettin grounded to the frame anywhere, thatwill do it....
