It depends on what you are looking for. If you just want to get lower, use springs. If you plan to do alot of hard driving, I would say go with coilovers. With coilovers you have the ablity to tune your suspension, as far as the highth, feel. But even for hard driving coilovers are not required, just very nice to have. Depends on what you plan to do and how much money you plan to shell out.
