Eibach Front Swaybar??
Sunday, February 04, 2007 9:33 PM
I am in the process of installing my front bar. Got it for a good price but there was no instructions. I have searched here and on the net but to no avail.. Simple question is do the ends of the bar point up or down. Any pics would help. The bar is in position with the tips up but it seems that it will contact the drive axle when all is tightened up. Any advice is appreciated.

Okay the bar is installed with tips up. Looks like I will have some contact with the boot clamp on the CV joint. Should I get out the sawzall or grinder or did I do some thing wrong?

I went out to the garage and snapped a few pics so it would help better than words.

Drivers side no problem

Passengers side a little tight

Grind Cut or re install

Swap the end links form front to rear and rear to front. The end links come packaged wrong, you will have interference issues untill you swap them. Seen this many many many times already, even on my own car and always with the Eibach pair.
