Love to hear some details. I still think it's hilarious that the TBI engine can be boosted with a factory injector, but the 93+ mpfi car can't get enough fuel with 4 injectors. I think I'll suggest a TBI swap to the next guy looking to turbo a 95+ 2.2. That ought to get a few comments.

ALMOST DONE.. '94 Cavalier 2.2L Z-Wannabee (in progress)
That right there is killer, and it will look great painted.
Very nice stuff.
I don't know if tuning a 4 cyl TBI is any different than a V8 TBI, but it can get pretty challenging at times.
Glad to see somebody stepping up and learning how good TBI actually is and experimenting with it first hand and not just assuming it's crappy because of how it comes from the factory.
that cars really primer right.. your parents just made him paint it red to be allowed to come over to their house right.. ha, I love 2nd gens. working on one myself right now.
The TBI wasnt has hard as I thoguht it would be. as far as the times goes, I havn't had the luxury yet of doing the 1/4 mile yet, but the hp numbers are 192whp with 170fpt at 9psi, now remember from the factory at the crank it pushes 95 hp which means its around 80hp at the wheels (sucks I know thats why I had to make the investment, not to mention I've always wanted to do this to my car anyway. I only know of 1 other person who has done this, (this way) to there 2.2.
but thanks for the comments

Whats a Cavalier?
I am just starting out with my 2.2 cavalier and that, (turbo) is what I eventually want to do! Some questions...... is that a custom intake manifold? I know the exhaust manifold has got to be..... I have searched up and down all over for a turbo manifold!
