You should include cutting the shaft into a half shaft aswell.

i would be interested in one for the 2200. When would these be available?
Could you open up a 56 MM HO TB?
And to what size?
If so YES
For the Eco TB can you do a 62mm bore like SMG does? If so i would be in for a polished 62mm one.
Yes.

Remember....syringes go in the RED waste basket.
Im not interested but damn they are beautiful, props for very nice work. Price is also not too bad.
I would also like to know if you could do a 2.3 56mm tb and to how big? That I may be interested in.

As far as I know the 2.3 TB can be opened up to 60mm. That is what mine was opened up to.
I'm definitely down for a ECO TB.
FYI 61mm is the largest you can center bore an ECO TB unless you offset it.

so wait, your opening up the intake side of the motor but squeezing the exhaust side?
also depending on how these turn out i could be interested after i get my new toys installed and then the new intake mani on.
Where are you getting the TB plates from?
FU Tuning
They will be custom machined, this was just one I picked up. So it looks like this would be a pretty good seller. The TB would be opened up to MAX diameter without going into any of the VAC ports. So its
LD9=60MM
ECO= 61MM
These would be available in about a month or so. I dont wanna start any more projects until I get the other ones cleaned up. Just wanted to start a feeler and see where everyone is. This will be a go as soon as the other projects are done. I will keep it updated.

Vincent, I really dont think that 2.25 exhaust is squeezing down anything. It's still bigger then stock (which a few people are running with the m62), but not 2.5 which with the exact setup I will have produce rather low torgue numbers. I am STARTING with 2.25 and going from there. If it works for me then i will keep it, if not I will swap out for 2.5.

I would recommend allowing customers to pick the sixe they want, not just giving the biggest it can be done. N/A LD9's don;t need 60mm. You do that I think you will sale alot of them.

I am in for a LD9 TB but I didn't think you could get a LD9 TB that big without using a sleeve.
I am with John, I would like one at 57-58mm, I don't think my motor needs any more then that.
Besides isn't the stock manifold's opening only 58mm or something?
Great work as always OEM, keep the stuff coming!

OK that works, I can do what ever, its just easiest for me to keep it to a couple options or it takes me forever to get them out and get them done. Good deal. I will look into this then.
