Sunday, August 21, 2005 3:19 PM
Ok I know several of you have talked to me on MSN and AIM about this and finaly its on! Its not 100% done but here are the pics I have so far.

One Easter high flow catt.

And here is 2 pics of the pile of parts to go on the car.

And here are some shots of the new header.

I had some problems geting it fit but Ill let the pics speak for them selves....lol

Ok now on to pics of it on the car.

And here is a shot of the extended O2 sesor lead.

And the rest of the systom going on to the car.

We had to make a few miner alterations to the car inorder for it all to fit.

Here is the tec welding it all up off the car.

Here it is all welded up and ready to go back on the car.

And the (almost) fineshed product.

I still need to paint it and the tips that are on it right now are not going to stay. Im geting some Camaro tips for it later. So far my total spent is about 635 and some change.

So what do you all think so far?

yup... i use their 4 inch round version as my second resonator AFTER the 30 inche resonator and then the 5x8 oval muffler.

for a while i had two of the 4 inche rounds as resonators.

work well

but def i dig!

also thats a stock bumper isnt it?

man that looks, good, my friend and i are trying to do that to his car, do u have the product number for the muffler?

Thanks every one. The mufflers I used are: 6" round X 14" long Magnaflow XL stainless steel Part # 13965 And 5" X 8"X 18" Magnaflow Camaro cross flow aluminized steel Part # 12266
I got both of them off ebay. The 6" was about $56 shipped and the Camaro muffler was about $87 shipped. The tips where about $20 each shipped and I got them off ebay as well. The cat was like $56 shipped and I got that off ebay also. The exhaust shop charged me $225 for the install and it took about 4.5 hours to do. The header is and OBX 4-1 long tube Stainless Steal and I got that off ebay for about $187 shipped.
Total = $651.00

And I still need to paint it and get the camaro tips for it. There going to be about $75 shipped for some pollished Stainless steel tips and the paint will be about $40 bucks as im not going to use cheap stuff.
So that brings the finished total to about $766.00 on the car and all done.

Not to bad for what I got out of it. Iv been plaining this exhaust for almost a year now.
Im vary happy with it so far. I might put a 4" round X 14"long Magnaflow resonator behind the catt if it opens up to much after brake in. That will add $35 for the install and about $45-$55 for the resonator to the total making aobut $851.00

That's an awesome set up man, can't wait to hear it.

And a side question for Event

quote=Dam-it Muffins (Event)]
yup... i use their 4 inch round version as my second resonator AFTER the 30 inche resonator and then the 5x8 oval muffler.

Do you have any pictures of how the hell you've got all of that set up on the car? I was down at an exhaust shop today having them take a gander at the stock system and my 2.25" diameter, 30" length magnaflow XL powerpack. They tell me they can't get anything more than about a 6" or 9" in there. I tried explaining that I knew it was possible, but they sent me on my way anyhow. Any advice as to how that sucker fits in there?

I'd love to hear it. I was debating a similiar setup. I would love to hear a sound clip if you've got the time. Plus the modification to the Spare tire well. How much was that pounded in? Enough so the spare tire had to go, or is it just a tight fit?
