Here is the direct link to the zip file and I've got thank Rick from GMSCF for doing this for us on our forums and offering to everyone that wants this copy.

I also just ordered a DVD off of ebay that has the "official" gm service manuals for Chevy vehicles 98-04. If I can somehow just extract the Cavalier part of it, I'll upload it too.
I sure need this for my 2001 Cav. Is there a link that still works or does anyone know of any site online that actually has the thing?
