I would prefer a certified bank check over a personal check. But your taking them 100% for sure?

***** At this point its May 15th. On a side note I don’t normally take personal checks, but his situation is alittle different. He’s a local guy who is in the military and right now he is stationed in Germany, he’s out of the country far away which is the ONLY reason I was willing to store them for him for a while and take a personal check.*****

But there is something I wanted to ask you about. There was a guy who really wanted me to back out on you so he could buy them, he even offered me $550 for them. As far as I'm concerned the wheels are not mine anymore, they are just in my garage. I told him I would talk to you to see you would be willing to sell them for $550, and if not how much you want for them LOL. I wasn't gonna back out on my word just to make a few extra bucks, I sold them to you for $500, if you want to resell them I can get the $ from him and send you a check...
Its up to you what you want to do but I told him I would ask.

***** At this point (yesterday) I check my bank account and there is a charge back for -$500 on my account…. I’m thinking that’s odd, the only $500.00 transaction I can think of is the check from the guy for the wheels… I give him the benefit of the dought and decide I’ll call the bank in the mourning to very what the chargeback is. I call them this mourning and sure enough…. I waited over a month only to have the check bounce due to “insufficient funds in the account” Needless to say I’m preaty pissed because throughout this whole process I turned down other people because the wheels are “sold” I even turned down someone offering more then the asking price and I said no because they were sold*****

Now in the end I didn’t lose anything, he didn’t my parts and not pay, hell he was gonna pay and have them sit here for a while, obviously that wasn’t part of a master plan to rob me hahah. I’m not calling the guy a thief or anything, its just a @!#$ty situation he put me in and I’m alitle pissed off right now. He didn’t do anything illegal or anything but at the same time if this happened in the past with someone else and I was about to do a transaction I would be pissed if I found out something like this happened previously and noone said anything to me about it. Take it with a grain of salt and remember ….. NEVER HOLD PARTS.
And John sorry man but you did this not me, no hard feelings towards you personally, but I will never buy/sell with you again unless its straight up cash in my hand.
