The original Twin Charged J-Body! With our ever growing collection of vehicles (9 for 5 drivers), it is time to start selling a few of them off and unfortunately this is one of them that has to go. It is a Silver 2002 Sunfire GT 5 Speed with 96,000km (60,000miles) on the Body and about 25,000km (15,500miles) on the engine/transmission. Below is a list of parts on it and I am sure I am missing a few things as very few things are stock. It was tuned by a local shop to a conservative 305whp & 310wtq on 91 Octane gas as I used it for road trips and did not want to be concerned on finding 94 Octane as it is limited in most areas I would be. This engine set up gives you the best of both worlds (Big turbo top-end with instant power of a supercharger). Because of this it feels more like a large displacement V6 than an Inline 4 with power at any RPM. Engine was broken in with regular 5w30 oil than switched to fully synthetic Amsoil 5w30 every 5,000km.



Engine/Transmission
- Line Honed, Blueprinted & Balanced entire rotating assembly

- Wiseco 9.5:1 Pistons

- Eagle Rods w/ ARP rod bolts

- ARP Head studs

- Port & Polished Head (rebuilt with new valves,seals,guides, ect.)

- +1mm stainless steel exhaust/intake valves

- OEM Fuel pump with Hot wire kit (Still have Racetronix pump, had fueling issues below 1/4 tank of gas. Could be fixed fairly easy but the Hot wire kit works just as good and has zero issues so I left it)
- 750cc RC Fuel injectors
- SMC Alcohol injection (Injection plate after the throttle body)

- Alcohol tank in the trunk but tucked away and not in the way
- Custom 3” turbo back exhaust with Magnaflow muffler (3.5 in, dual 2.5” out)
- Custom Be-Cool radiator (thicker core)
- Flex-a-lite dual radiator fans (seals perfectly to rad for best cooling possible)
- Quaife Limited Slip Differential (made a HUGE! Improvement in traction)
- Spec Stage 3 clutch
- Spec Aluminum Flywheel
- Turbo Tech Racing Upper engine mount (works 10x better then the insert and eliminated interior vibrations found with the cheap Urethane insert)
- Turbo Tech Racing Lower engine mount
- Turbo Tech Racing transmission mounts
- Quad 4 High Output engine Cover

- Garrett T3/T4 turbo

- Eaton M45 Supercharger w/ 3.0, 2.9, 2.8, 2.7, 2.6 pulleys
- Stiegemeier Ported Supercharger w/ rebuild (about 10,000km/6,200miles on rebuild)
- Tial 38mm wastegate

- Custom downpipe

- Custom log style turbo manifold (Cast Stainless Steel)

- Custom Intake (Aluminum)

- Custom Charge pipes (Stainless Steel) 

- Front Mount intercooler (Garrett core/end tanks)
- HKS SSQ Blow Off Valve

Wheels/Suspension/Brakes

- Koni Yellow adjustable shocks/struts

- Eibach Springs
- 1” front/rear sway bars

Thanks -MD- Enforcer... It has been a while.. I miss fun building this car and wish I had more space too keep all my projects... I am in the middle off selling off all of them though to make room for new ones which sucks but its got to be done. I have been going through all the posts on here noticing all the members from the old days.
